Terms Of Service
Your Acceptance
Campus Ink, Inc. (“Campus Ink”) provides service to you subject to the following terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between Campus Ink and you governing your use of the Website, as defined herein. By using and/or visiting the www.campus.ink and the https://shop.lambdachi.org/ website or any other websites and social media profiles owned or controlled by Campus Ink (collectively, the "Website"), you signify your assent to both these Terms of Use and the Campus Ink Privacy Policy, which is specifically incorporated into these Terms of Use. You are only authorized only to use the Website if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.
Website Access
Campus Ink hereby grants you permission to use the Website as set forth in these Terms of Use, provided that: (i) your use of the Website as permitted is solely for your personal use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Website in any medium without Campus Ink’s prior written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
By accessing the Website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred by any laws from using Campus Ink and/or the Website. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in all required fields of the order form. If Campus Ink suspects that your order information is not complete, current, or accurate, or that you have otherwise violated these Terms of Use, your order may be subject to termination, and you may be barred from using the Website.
You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or similar technological devices or programs, that access the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Campus Ink servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Campus Ink grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Website for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Campus Ink reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases, in its sole discretion.
You agree not to collect or use any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) including without limitation account names, email addresses, or other User Submitted Material (as defined below), from the Website, nor use the communication systems provided by the Website for any commercial solicitation purposes, including without limitation to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Website.
The Website
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website, including users who contribute information, ideas, and other materials or services on the Website. The Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Campus Ink. Campus Ink has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Website, you specifically release Campus Ink from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
Payment Terms, Returns, and Shipping
Fees: The fee for a Campus Ink product or other offering is specified on the page on our Website where you purchase the applicable Campus Ink product. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the payment terms in effect when you purchase a Campus Ink product, including any applicable service, transaction, or processing fees.
Currency: Transactions are settled in U.S. dollars (“USD”). You will be responsible for payment of any fees or expenses imposed by your payment card provider or the payment processor to settle the transaction in USD. From time to time, Campus Ink may settle transactions in a currency other than USD to reduce or eliminate the fees and expenses associated with currency conversion.
Payment: You may purchase a Campus Ink product by using a valid payment card with valid payment information (Visa, MasterCard, or other issuer accepted by the payment provider). Your use of your payment card is governed by your agreement with and the privacy policy of the applicable payment card, not these terms.
Returns/Exchanges: You may find the return and exchange policy for Campus Ink products at the following link: https://shop.lambdachi.org/pages/return-exchange-policy
Defective Orders: Defective orders are reviewed on a case by case basis. Notwithstanding, any and all complaints or disputes regarding defective orders must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date of the applicable product to be effective. All complaints and/or disputes must be initiated via email to [email protected].
Shipping: Once you have placed and confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. The risk of loss of, damage to and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such cases Campus Ink will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Campus Ink reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content contained therein.

The ideas, suggestions, images, photographs, messages, data, files or other material provided to us by users are not endorsed by Campus Ink, and we make no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any content that is submitted to the Website. You acknowledge that you will evaluate and bear any risks related to your use of any user submitted material, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such user submitted material. All user submitted material posted to the Website is the sole responsibility of the person who originally posted the user submitted material, and your sole recourse for any damage you may suffer as a result of user submitted material shall be to such individual.

Thus, in your use of and interactions with Campus Ink and the Website, you may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any user submitted material that is copyrighted material belonging to others, without obtaining their prior written consent. Campus Ink reserves the right, in its discretion, to remove any user submitted material if we believe it may infringe the copyright rights of others, and/or to terminate the accounts of users who we believe to be infringers.
If you believe that your work has been copied or posted on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in the content of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
